By using Lance Audit, you agree to submit only websites you own, manage, or have permission to review.

Authorized use only

You must not use Lance Audit to scan private systems, restricted networks, internal dashboards, staging environments, or websites where you do not have authorization.

Automated guidance

Audit results are generated from automated checks, public page analysis, and external APIs where available. Results are guidance, not guarantees of rankings, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, or complete security coverage.

Fair use and rate limits

Rate limits protect the platform and third-party APIs. Attempts to bypass limits, overload the service, scrape the system, or abuse scanning functionality may be blocked.

Paid reports

Paid report access requires successful payment verification. Reports may be delivered through secure links, download access, or email. Access may expire to protect report integrity.

Refunds and failed scans

If a paid report cannot be generated because of a platform-side failure, contact support with the payment reference. Websites that block public requests may return limited results and are not always eligible for a refund.

Implementation support

Human review or implementation support is optional and separate from the automated audit. The score is based on audit signals, not on whether you purchase additional services.

Service availability

Some scans may fail because a website blocks requests, loads slowly, has invalid SSL, or third-party APIs are unavailable. We aim to return useful messages when this happens.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product matures, payment flows expand, and new report features are added. Continued use after updates means the latest terms apply.
