Lance Audit processes only the information needed to run website reviews, deliver reports, protect the platform, and support customers who request help.
Information we process
We may process submitted website URLs, audit results, page metadata, generated screenshots, technical performance signals, optional email addresses, payment references, IP-based abuse-prevention logs, and developer activity logs.
How we use information
We use this information to generate reports, prevent automated abuse, verify paid access, improve scoring quality, respond to support requests, and maintain platform reliability and security.
Website screenshots and public pages
Audit screenshots and extracted metadata are generated from publicly accessible pages submitted by the user. Do not submit private URLs, staging systems, or websites you are not authorized to review.
Payments and report delivery
Payment providers process transaction details under their own policies. Lance Audit stores only the references needed to verify payment status, unlock the relevant report, and support payment disputes.
Security and access
Secure report links, account sessions, CSRF tokens, rate limits, and operational logs are used to reduce abuse and protect report access. No system can be guaranteed risk-free, so access should not be shared publicly.
Retention
Audit history may be retained for product improvement, customer support, fraud prevention, and report access. Operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and diagnostics.
Your choices
You can request support regarding report data, paid access, or deletion of information associated with your submitted URL where deletion is technically and legally reasonable.
Contact
For privacy questions, use the support contact provided on the audit platform or the Lance Services website. Legal requests should include enough detail for us to identify the relevant report or account.
