Will the score change if I buy a report?
No. Scores come from observed audit signals. Paid reports add more detail, recommendations, PDF access, and secure delivery, but they do not change the score.
Why do some metrics show unavailable?
Unavailable means a live check could not complete for that scan. A fresh scan requests current data again, but some websites block automated checks or respond too slowly.
Can any website be scanned?
Public websites can usually be scanned. Private dashboards, blocked websites, local intranets, heavy bot protection, invalid SSL, or very slow websites may return limited results.
Do I need an account?
No for a one-off report. Accounts are for users who want private history, repeat scans, monthly audit volume, and saved reports.
What does AI do in the report?
AI explains verified findings in plain language. It does not invent scores, replace checks, or change the deterministic scoring model.
What happens after payment?
After payment is confirmed, the secure report link and PDF download become available and are sent to the email used at checkout.
Can Lance Services help implement fixes?
Yes. The report can help you decide what needs work. Implementation help is optional and separate from the audit score.
